White Wine, Garlic, Butter Sauce With Grana Padano
- 1 lb pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves finely minced
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- Scant 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Grana Padano cheese
- In a deep heavy sautA pan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat.
- Add the garlic and crushed red pepper. Saute until aromatic, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, white wine and butter. Stir 2 minutes, remove from heat.
- Toss pasta with sauce, parsley, and cheese.
- Serve in shallow bowls. Top with more Grana Padino and parsley if desired.
