Chicken Ham Casserole

  1. Place chicken, salt, pepper, onion and celery tops in pressure cooker and cook until tender.
  2. Cut chicken into large pieces. Strain liquid and save.
  3. In skillet, cook butter, mushrooms and onion, then add next 6 ingredients to make sauce (the sauce and the chicken may be combined the day before).
  4. Arrange noodles, ham, almonds and chicken mixture in layers in casserole.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  6. Serves 12 to 15.
