Shrimp Pasta

  1. Cook Pasta according to al-dente package directions, drain.
  2. Saute shrimp in small amount of olive oil until just pink, set aside.
  3. In large saucepan, add Olive Oil, White Wine, and garlic, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream, soy sauce, parsley, hot sauce, and simmer until thickened.
  4. Add shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Toss sauce with pasta.
  5. Top with grated parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
