Shrimp Pasta
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup white wine (not cooking wine!)
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- Dash of hot sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 TBS fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 lb linguine, angel hair, penne, your choice
- Cook Pasta according to al-dente package directions, drain.
- Saute shrimp in small amount of olive oil until just pink, set aside.
- In large saucepan, add Olive Oil, White Wine, and garlic, simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream, soy sauce, parsley, hot sauce, and simmer until thickened.
- Add shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked. Toss sauce with pasta.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese, serve immediately.
