Corny Tuna Cakes

  4. Combine the tuna, cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, corn, mayonnaise and egg in a medium bowl, and mix until well blended. Shape the mixture into 8 patties, and coat with the remaining 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
