Emma'S Dilemma
- 1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cups Pecans Ground
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Box Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 Large Cool Whip
- 1 Small Cool Whip
- 4 Ounces Butter
- 1/2 Cups Walnuts
- 1 Cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 Large Box Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Crust: Blend Flour, nuts (Finley Chopped). and butter, bake crust at 375 for 20 minutes.
- 1st Layer Filling: Blend Cream cheese, powdered sugar and small cool whip.
- 2nd Layer Filling: Chocolate pudding, make according to directions on box.
- 3rd Layer Filling: Vanilla pudding, make according to directions on box, and add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, let cool.
- 4th layer Filling: Spread large Cool Whip over top and chill
