Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. 1. Put oven rack in the middle position and pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. 2. Grease a Loaf Pan.
  3. 3. Peel bananas, place in a small mixing bowl, and mash.
  4. 4. In a Large Mixing Bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, and sour cream, and whisk until smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, chocolate chips, and bananas to the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
  6. 6. Ad the flour and stir until combined. Do not overmix!!!!
  7. 7. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake until golden brown, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Using oven mitts, remove the loaf from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto a wire cooling rack to finish cooling before serving.
