Easy Lasagna
- 1 Pack Lasagna Noodles
- 4lbs Ground Chuck
- 1 Large Container Prego Italian Sauce
- 3lbs Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Large Container Ricotta Cheese
- Italian Seasonings
- 1. Heat 6 cups of water to Boiling. Add Lasagna Noodles and boil 10 minutes (add 1 tspn of olive oil to prevent sticking). Drain and Rinse
- 2. Brown Ground Chuck and Drain
- 3. Stir Prego Italian Sauce into Ground Chuck
- 4. Season with Oregano Thyme & Basil
- 5. In a Deep Dish, Begin to Create Your Layers.
- A) Start with a layer of Lasagna Noodles
- B) Then add a layer of beef/sauce mixture
- C) Then add a layer of Ricotta Cheese
- D) Finally add a layer of Mozzarella Cheese
- 6. Repeat Layering Steps until Complete
- 7. Bake Lasagna Uncovered for approximately 45mins to 1 hour on 350 degrees F.
- 8. Remove From Oven when Mozzarella if fully melted and beginning to brown.
- 9. Let Stand for about 5mins before serving.
