Pumpkin Crunch
- 1 29 oz can Pumpkin
- 3 eggs Beaten
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt (scant)
- 1 yellow cake mix, Trying a spice cake
- 1 cube melted butter/margrine
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Large bowel
- Mix all together except the cake mix, nuts and butter.
- spread out in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top
- Pour on the melted butter over the top
- sprinkly the crushed nuts over the top
- Cover with alum foil and Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes
- Remove foil for the last 15 minutes
- Serve with whipped cream, or ice cream or just cream
