Coconut Spareribs

  1. Combine marinade/sauce ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth.
  2. Place the ribs in a glass dish, cover with sauce and rub in with your hands. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. When you are ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, save marinade for basting. Bake for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
  4. Increase the temperature to 400 degrees, and continue to cook an additional 20 minutes. Baste for the first 10 minutes only. Finish the ribs for 3 minutes under the broiler, or on the BBQ.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
