Broccoli Blue Cheese Fettucine

  1. Steam broccoli until just tender, then chop.
  2. You should have about 2 1/4 cups.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet; add garlic, green onions and broccoli.
  4. Saute for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cream, salt and pepper and cook to a gentle boil until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Toss sauce with hot pasta in a serving bowl.
  7. Add Blue cheese and toss to distribute evenly.
  8. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  9. Serve immediately with extra grated cheese and pepper on the
  10. side.
  11. Serves 4.
