Cheese And Spinach Rolls
- 1 bunch of English Spinach or Silverbeet (stalks removed)
- 2 Egg Yolks,
- 1/4 cup of Cream,
- Salt and Pepper,
- 125g of Fetta Cheese (crumbled)
- 8 sheets of Pampa's Filo Pastry,
- 60g of melted Butter,
- 2tbl of Sesame Seeds
- Place washed spinach leaves in a covered pan over high heat,
- until wiltered, drain and chop roughly.
- Beat egg yolks and cream together, season and
- add fetta and spinach.
- Brush 4 pastry sheets with butter and top each with buttered
- second sheet, cut each set into quarters.
- PLace a spoonful of the mixture into each rectangle
- fold in the sides and roll. PLace onto a baking tray
- brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
