Cheese And Spinach Rolls

  1. Place washed spinach leaves in a covered pan over high heat,
  2. until wiltered, drain and chop roughly.
  3. Beat egg yolks and cream together, season and
  4. add fetta and spinach.
  5. Brush 4 pastry sheets with butter and top each with buttered
  6. second sheet, cut each set into quarters.
  7. PLace a spoonful of the mixture into each rectangle
  8. fold in the sides and roll. PLace onto a baking tray
  9. brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake at 200 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
