Chocolate Pumpkin Cheescake Bars

  1. Make graham cracker crust.
  2. Combine sugar and cream cheese in mixer.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing to incorporate completely.
  4. Stir in vanilla, pumpkin, and spices.
  5. Measure out 1&1/4 c filling mixture. Melt choc chips with 2 T butter, whisk with the 1&1/4 c filling. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 15 min.
  6. Pour in the rest of the filling, and bake for 40-45 min until filling is just set. Cool for 30 min.
  7. Mix 1c sour cream with 1/4 c sugar, spread over cheesecake. Cool in fridge at least 3 hours.
