Ziti With Spinach & Shrimp

  1. 1. prepare pasta according to directions on box, al dente please
  2. 2. defrost frozen shrimp in cold water. Add to boiling pasta for the last minute of cooking to warm up shrimp.
  3. 3. sautee chopped onion till translucent, add garlic, red pepper, seasonings.
  4. 4. add box of frozen chopped spinach, cover & cook till spinach is completely cooked & toss the whole thing together to blend ingredients. Add a splash of rice vinegar to zip up the flavor.
  5. 5. Place one serving of freshly cooked ziti and shrimp to bowls. Put a few large tablespoonfulls over the pasta and toss gently
  6. 6. Squeeze a lemon over the pasta, to taste.
  7. 7. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste.
  8. 8. Serve immediately, bon appetito.
