Taco Platter
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large jar salsa
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 bunches green onions
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 head lettuce, shredded
- sour cream
- On large platter, spread a little more than 1/2 bag chips. Saute onion.
- Brown beef with onion; drain and add seasoning mix. Heat beans; spread beans on chips then put rest of chips on top of beans.
- Spread meat mixture on top of that and cover with bag of cheese, next shredded lettuce.
- Pour jar of salsa on top and spread evenly.
- Spread chopped green onions.
- Top this with sliced black olives.
- Serve with sour cream.
- (If needed heat in microwave just before serving.)
