Sushi Salad

  1. In saute pan over moderate heat, warm 1T canola oil. Add salmon, cook 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to bowl and shred into 1" pieces.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup canola oil with vinegar, sesame oil, salt and whisk.
  3. Stir together cooked rice, sesame seeds, soy sauce.
  4. Add greens, avocado, salmon. Drizzle with salad dressing and a squeeze of the orange and sprinkle with seaweed pieces.
