Herbed Cheddar Whole Wheat Biscuits

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. 1.Mix dry ingredients with a whisk in a large mixing bowl.
  3. 2.Cut in butter slices with forks or pastry knife.
  4. 3.Stir in Cheeses, Dill & Garlic with a wooden spoon.
  5. 4.Slowly add buttermilk stirring just until thoroughly moistened.
  6. 5.Drop large rounded spoonfuls onto a buttered baking pan. (Use the wooden spoon)
  7. 6. Bake at 400 degrees F about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
