Pasta With Spinach And Cheese

  1. In a large stockpot, cook the radiatore pasta according to package directions. Drain. In a 12-inch saute skillet, saute the shallots, garlic, and mushrooms in the olive oil. Pour the lemon juice in and stir. Add the spinach and allow to cook down. Add the butter, cream, olives, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and gruyere cheese. Allow the butter to melt. Mix well. Season with wasabe powder, salt, and pepper.
