Cornbread Dressing

  1. Combine giblets in water in saucepan.
  2. Cook until giblets are no longer pink.
  3. Reserve two cups broth (set aside giblets), chop and add to gravy.
  4. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
  5. Saute celery and onion until transparent.
  6. Add bread crumbs and cornbread seasonings.
  7. Pour reserved broth over ingredients and stir to blend.
  8. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  9. Cook, covered with aluminum foil, for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes, or can be stuffed in cavity of chicken or turkey and roast as desired.
