Vegan Banana Bread

  1. -Preheat oven to 350u0b0
  2. -Melt soy butter in a small microwave-safe bowl (~4 seconds in microwave, or until very soft)
  3. -Mix butter and sugar in larger bowl (a whisk works best)
  4. -Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice
  5. -In separate bowl, mash bananas with agave nectar with a fork (If the bananas are not ripe, add a bit more agave nectar and heat bananas in microwave for ~30 seconds to make mashing easier)
  6. -Add mashed goodness and soy milk to other ingredients, mix well (again, whisk)
  7. -Transfer to greased loaf pan
  8. -Bake for ~50 minutes, test with fork
