Marinated Shish Kabobs

  1. Trim

  4. meat.tombine
  5. remaining
  6. ingredients except mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
  7. Marinate meat in this mixture for 6 hours, turning often.
  8. Add mushrooms and pepper wedges to
  9. marinating
  10. sauce.
  11. Marinate
  12. 2tore hours. When ready totssemble,
  13. alternate
  14. meat, peppers, onions and tomatoes (wedges orthole,tmall
  15. tomatoes)
  16. on
  17. skewers and broil about 20tinutes,
  18. basting often with marinating sauce. (May be cooked on the outdoor grill.) Yields 4 servings.
