Pat Nicholson'S Ham Rolls
- 2 pkg. dinner rolls (oblong heat and serve)
- 8 oz. sliced ham
- 6 oz. cheese slices (Swiss or Cheddar)
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- Turn out entire
- pan
- of
- rolls
- intact,
- upside
- down. Slice through rolls and
- return
- the
- bottom
- half to the roll pan. Layer ham and
- cheese
- slices on bottom portion of rolls and cover with top
- portion
- of rolls.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour evenly
- over
- rolls.
- Let
- sit
- until mixture is absorbed (15 to 20
- minutes).
- Cover
- with aluminum foil.
- At this stage, rolls can be heated, refrigerated or frozen.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes
- or until cheese melts.
- Slice through at normal roll separations
- (bake
- covered).
- When
- frozen, I move to refrigerator the
- night
- before so heating is about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Makes 48 rolls.
