White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together. Cream the butter and
  2. sugars together in a separate
  3. bowl until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time,
  4. blending well.
  5. Mix in the vanilla and almond extarcts,followed by Amaretto. Stir the dry ingredients in with
  6. a gentle touch.
  7. With a wooden spoon, mix in the white chocolate chips and nuts. Scoop onto prepared
  8. baking sheets, placing dough
  9. 2 inches apart. Bake cookies
  10. for 8 to10 minutes or until
  11. they are golden brown. Try to
  12. hold back the masses as the
  13. cookies cool and have plenty of milk on hand.
