Sesame Bourbon Chicken
- 1/2 cup hoison
- 2 TB bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ginger from a jar
- 2 tsp garlic from a jar
- 2 Tb Hellman's mayo
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 TB sesame seeds
- Mix first in a small bowl. Put chicken breasts side by side in a large pan or container and pour 1/2 of the marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate the chicken and the remaining marinade for one hour. Preheat grill on medium-low. Place chicken breasts on grill. Discard marinade from chicken. Grill chicken until no longer pink and juices are clear (160 degrees). Brush remaining marinade on chicken during last 10 minutes.
- While chicken is grilling, add sesame seeds to an ungreased teflon coated pan and place over medium heat. Shake the pan occasionally and cook until seeds are golden brown. Remove from heat. When chicken is cooked, add to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
