White Enchiladas
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. diced green chilies
- 1 doz. flour tortilla shells
- Cook hamburger and taco seasoning together.
- Drain off fat. Mix hamburger with tomato sauce.
- Set aside.
- Mix sour cream, chicken soup and milk until blended.
- May use nonfat sour cream. Put a small amount of mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
- Divide the meat mixture between the 12 flour tortillas with a little grated cheese in each one.
- Roll up and place in pan.
- Pour the remaining cream mixture over the top of the flour tortillas and top with green chilies and cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- This also is good with chicken.
