Brownies With Oreos

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour 13" x9" baking pan. (Lower temp by 25 if using glass pan.)
  2. In a bowl over pan of simmering water, melt butter and chocolates until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, instant coffee, vanilla and sugar. Blend chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Cool to room temp.
  4. In another bowl, combine 1/2 c. flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
  5. In a baggie, shake chopped oreos and 2 tbspn. flour until coated. Fold oreo mixture into chocolate mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth with spatula.
  6. Bake 35 min. or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool on rack completely. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until cold and cut into squares.
