Marshmallow Brownies
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- In saucepan over low heat, melt butterscotch chips and butter; cool for 10 minutes.
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar and vanilla; add butterscotch mixture and mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to batter and mix well.
- Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts; spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake in preheated 325u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies test done.
- Cool, then cut into squares.
