American Lamb Loin Chops Recipe With Mango Salsa

  1. Remove the lamb chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. In a small bowl combine the cumin, pepper, and brown sugar. Rub the mixture on both sides of lamb chops.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the mango, jalapeno, and mint.
  3. Heat the grill to medium and grill the chops for about 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove the chops to a platter and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the mango salsa over the lamb chops and serve.
