Grilled Glazed-Salmon

  1. Grilled Glazed Salmon:
  2. Light a grill.
  3. Mix mustard, horseradish, honey in small bowl.
  4. Rub salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper
  5. Grill salmon over moderate heat (skinned side down, until lightly browned) for about 3 min.
  6. Turn and grill for 3 min longer until salmon is almost cooked through.
  7. Turn salmon again and spread each fillet with 1 tablespoon of horseradish glaze.
  8. Turn and grill until glazed (30 seconds)
  9. Serve remaining glaze on the side.
