Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flours/meals, baking salt and soda)
  2. In another bowl beat the sugar, oil, yogurt, and vanilla until creamy - add the eggs and beat until combined. Do not over mix.
  3. Beat in the dry mixture on the lowest setting until just mixed - add nuts and choc chips and fold in.
  4. Freeze cookie dough for 15 minutes, or refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
  5. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Using non stick cookie sheets, place spoonfuls of cookie dough at least 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
