Applesauce Cake

  1. Reserve 1/4 cup flour to dredge walnuts and raisins.
  2. Sift all dry ingredients into large bowl.
  3. Make a well in sifted dry ingredients.
  4. Add applesauce, oil and eggs; mix.
  5. Dredge raisins and walnuts with 1/4 cup flour.
  6. Add to cake mixture.
  7. Bake in well-greased and floured angel food cake pan at 325u0b0 for first 20 minutes and at 350u0b0 the last 40 minutes.
  8. Let cool in pan before removing.
