Peanut Marshmallow Bars
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped coarse
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- Cream sugars with butter and peanut butter.
- Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix well.
- Press into bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of an ungreased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Spread Marshmallow Creme over crust.
- Use wet knife to spread evenly to 1/2-inch from side of pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and peanuts over Marshmallow Creme.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until light golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
