Homemade Beef Stick(Venison Can Be Used)

  1. Mix
  2. all
  3. ingredients thoroughly in a glass bowl; cover with Saran
  4. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Next day,
  6. again mix thoroughlytnd
  7. refrigerate
  8. overnight.
  9. Repeat
  10. for the third day.
  11. On the fourth day, form into 5 logs, approximately 1 1/2
  12. to 2tnchestiameter.
  13. Bake on broiler pan in top of oven for
  14. 8 hours
  15. at 200u0b0 turning every 2 hours.
  16. When done, the log
  17. looks pink but not raw when you slice into it.
  18. Cool thoroughly.this freezes well and is much better than locally purchased
  19. beef logs.
