Bavarian Goulash

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and add wet ingredients; beat well. Place in potato ricer and press through into boiling salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they rise to the surface.
  2. Drain and drizzle with butter.
  3. Saute 1/2 cup bread crumbs in butter until brown and sprinkle over top of warm noodles.
  4. Serve with goulash and gravy with chunky applesauce on the side.
