Big June'S Favorite Potato Salad Ala Little June

  1. cook potatoes until tender ( 20 minutes in jackets) in salted boiling water
  2. drain, peel, slice or dice
  3. while potatoes are cooking combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, in a jar with a lid - shake and pour over warm potatoes. cover well and chill for 3 hours
  4. just before serving - mix mayo and cream and pour over potatoes - toss and add celery, eggs , olives, fresh parsley
