Magic Cookie Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 (325u0b0 for glass dish) in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt margarine in oven.
  3. Sprinkle crumbs over margarine.
  4. Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle with chips, then coconut and nuts.
  6. Press down firmly.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool.
  9. Chill thoroughly if desired.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
  12. Chewy chocolatey cookie bars.
  13. Hard to believe, they're such a snap to make.
  14. That's why we call them magic cookie bars.
  15. Makes 24 bars.
