Bachelor Mac & Cheese

  1. Boil 2 qts. water in medium sauce pan.
  2. Add pasta, cook for about 6 min. Till just before al dente.
  3. Move to a colander & drain.
  4. Add butter to pan, heat until just melted.
  5. Add Pasta, stir until coated.
  6. Add heavy cream, stir.
  7. Add creamy cheese, stirring constantly until a sauce forms.
  8. Add cheddar, stirring until melted.
  9. Season with salt & pepper, serve with Franks(TM) on the side.

smallish, heavy cream, unsalted butter, cheddar, smooth melty cheese, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper
