Clams With Parsley & Lemon Serve W/ Pasta

  1. (Clams Sauce)
  2. 1.) Heat pan and put olive oil. Saute' garlic for 1 minute.
  3. 2.) Put 1 or 2 knorr beef cubes and saute'. Add clams and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 3.) Add chopped parsley. Let it simmer for a minutes. Add the white wine and let it boil.
  5. 4.) Sprinkle the grated lemon rind then add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 5.) Once seafood sauce is cooked. Pour over cooked pasta.
  7. Serve hot and eat with garlic bread or salad.
  8. (Pasta)
  9. In a pan put 6 cups of water and let it boil. Once boiling, put pasta and cook until al-dante.
  10. Note: Pinch the pasta once in a while so that pasta won't be overcooked.
