Clams With Parsley & Lemon Serve W/ Pasta
- 1/4 kilo pasta
- 1/2 kilo clams without shells or (4 cans of clams 142 g. each)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 or 2 knorr beef cube/s
- 1 whole fresh lemon (grated skin)
- 1/2 cup curled chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
- (Clams Sauce)
- 1.) Heat pan and put olive oil. Saute' garlic for 1 minute.
- 2.) Put 1 or 2 knorr beef cubes and saute'. Add clams and cook for 2 minutes.
- 3.) Add chopped parsley. Let it simmer for a minutes. Add the white wine and let it boil.
- 4.) Sprinkle the grated lemon rind then add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5.) Once seafood sauce is cooked. Pour over cooked pasta.
- Serve hot and eat with garlic bread or salad.
- (Pasta)
- In a pan put 6 cups of water and let it boil. Once boiling, put pasta and cook until al-dante.
- Note: Pinch the pasta once in a while so that pasta won't be overcooked.
