Tagine

  1. 1.) Place the onion, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil into the tagine pot and cook over a lowish heat.
  2. Add all the spices and leave for about 10 mins with the lid on.
  3. 2.) Add the minced meat balls and cook for about 3-5 minutes until cooked.
  4. Stir in the eggs and add the peppers to garnish.
  5. Enjoy! :)
