Lasagne
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. (2 c.) tomatoes
- 1 lb. lean beef
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 10 oz. lasagne (broken) or wide noodles
- 1 lb. Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. two other kinds cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan
- Cut up Mozzarella.
- Brown meat, remove fat, add spices, tomatoes and ketchup and simmer 30 minutes.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water with a bit of oil until tender.
- Drain and rinse in cold water.
- Place 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese and cover with 1/2 sauce.
- Repeat layers. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
