Lasagne

  1. Cut up Mozzarella.
  2. Brown meat, remove fat, add spices, tomatoes and ketchup and simmer 30 minutes.
  3. Cook noodles in boiling salted water with a bit of oil until tender.
  4. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  5. Place 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese and cover with 1/2 sauce.
  6. Repeat layers. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  7. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
