Obazda
- 8 oz. Camembert cheese (or Brie)
- 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)
- 4 oz. Limburger (or Romadur cheese)
- 8 oz. butter (Plugra, Kerry Gold, etc.)
- 4 oz. yellow onion, very finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. smoked/hot Spanish paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- Several small radishes, thinly sliced.
- One small white onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- Soft pretzels or toasted dark rye bread
- - Allow the cheese and butter to come to room temperature.
- - Mix thoroughly in a bowl with the finely chopped onion and spices.
- - Use an ice cream scoop or melon baller to make nice rounds, and serve alongside pretzels or bread with sliced radishes and white onion on the side.
