Caramel Apple Bundt Cake
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 14-oz can condensed milk
- 1 can apple pie filling
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla paste
- Grease & flour 12-cup Bundt pan. At medium speed, beat all ingredients for 3 minutes, adding eggs 1 at a time. Spread 1/2 the batter in the pan, spoon apples over the batter and top with remaining batter. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 F. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before inverting. Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl, stir until smooth. Pour glaze over cake and serve.
