Grilled Veggies Over Pasta
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 zuccinni
- 1 yellow squash
- 4 tomatoes or 8 rome tomatoes
- 1 small head of broccolli
- 1 cup soy beans
- 1 large handful of greenbeans
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- fresh basil
- salt, pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- wash all your fresh vegies. Soy beans can be steamed in the pods or shelled. Cut or leave your green beans whole.
- Steam your vegies. Heat oil and saute garlic cloves whole then add your tomatoes that you cut up into small chunks. Add salt and pepper to oil and basil. Saute for 10 minutes.
- When pasta is done, drain. Add steamed vegies to the tomato mixture. Pour this over your pasta and mix. You can also eat this without the pasta
