Grilled Veggies Over Pasta

  1. wash all your fresh vegies. Soy beans can be steamed in the pods or shelled. Cut or leave your green beans whole.
  2. Steam your vegies. Heat oil and saute garlic cloves whole then add your tomatoes that you cut up into small chunks. Add salt and pepper to oil and basil. Saute for 10 minutes.
  3. When pasta is done, drain. Add steamed vegies to the tomato mixture. Pour this over your pasta and mix. You can also eat this without the pasta

pasta, zuccinni, yellow squash, tomatoes, head of broccolli, soy beans, handful of greenbeans, olive oil, fresh basil, salt, garlic
