Angela'S Vegetable Spaghetti

  1. Melt butter in large skillet, add wine
  2. Saute vegetables lightly, still crisp Sprinkle with garlic, ginger, basil, and salt.
  3. Sprinkle in flour - stir to coat.
  4. Pour in milk, bring almost to boil, stirring constantly until it thickens
  5. Serve over spinach or whole wheat angel hair spaghetti
