Vegan Tehina Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler or microwave. Meanwhile, mix the tehina and orange juice in a large bowl.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and the powdered sugar to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture, and again mix well.
  5. Grease an 8-inch baking pan. Pour in the batter, spreading it as evenly as possible.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the outside is crispy and still slightly gooey inside.
