Broccoli Or Spinach - Your Choice - Casserole

  1. In a bowl, mix well cream cheese, milk, softened butter, and marinade (from jar of artichoke hearts).
  2. Place both sets of artichoke hearts in bottom
  3. of oven baking dish or casserole. Spread chopped cooked broccoli or cooked spinach over artichokes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over top.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  5. I also season with pepper, paprika and 1 teaspoon of tarragon.
