Broccoli Or Spinach - Your Choice - Casserole
- 1 to 1 1/2 pkg. chopped broccoli (I use florets) or spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, reserve the marinade
- 1 can Progresso artichoke hearts, drained, halved or quartered
- 1 to 2 (16 oz.) tubs soft cream cheese (I use 2 1/2 tubs)
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter (I use 3 1/2 Tbsp. Promise)
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- grated Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
- In a bowl, mix well cream cheese, milk, softened butter, and marinade (from jar of artichoke hearts).
- Place both sets of artichoke hearts in bottom
- of oven baking dish or casserole. Spread chopped cooked broccoli or cooked spinach over artichokes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- I also season with pepper, paprika and 1 teaspoon of tarragon.
