Pork Chops With Maple Syrup Gravy

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Lightly Brown meat in oil
  3. Place pork in Baking pan that has 4" sides
  4. Combine all other ingredients in a sauce pan.
  5. Heat until warm
  6. Pour sauce over pork chops cover and bake dish for 45 min.
  7. Baste occasionally.
  8. Place Pork chops in Warmer and return the sauce to the sauce pan.
  9. Thicken sauce slightly with small amounts of flour to make a gravy.
  10. Salt to taste.
  11. Serve Pork chops on platter.
  12. Serve Gravy in bowl.
