Pork Chops With Maple Syrup Gravy
- 4 1" Pork Loin Chops
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- flour as needed to thicken sauce
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Lightly Brown meat in oil
- Place pork in Baking pan that has 4" sides
- Combine all other ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Heat until warm
- Pour sauce over pork chops cover and bake dish for 45 min.
- Baste occasionally.
- Place Pork chops in Warmer and return the sauce to the sauce pan.
- Thicken sauce slightly with small amounts of flour to make a gravy.
- Salt to taste.
- Serve Pork chops on platter.
- Serve Gravy in bowl.
