Vegan Chili-Slow Cooker

  1. use a 4 quart or larger, i used a 5 quart. put everything in crock pot stir. cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
  2. you could use any veggies you like.
  3. taste at the end of cooking for salt, or spiciness.

black beans, cuban style black beans, soychorizo, onion, garlic, bellpeppers i used, mushrooms, frozen corn, tomatoes, vegetable broth, zuccini, cumin, chili powder, salt
