Country Herb Rolls
- 3 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 pkg bread machine yeast
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cornmeal
- 1 tsp. Minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 C. Water
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 5 Tbsp. Butter( three in dough and two to brush before baking)
- 1 egg
- Heat water, milk, butter and spices to 120 degrees in microwave. Put egg in bread machine. Add dry ingredients except yeast. Add liquids and put yeast in last. Use dough cycle and complete process. Turn out onto floured surface. Cut dough in fourths and then intp sixths. Roll each piece into a 6" rope. Tie each rope into a loose knot amd place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and allow to rise. Brush with remaining butter and bake at 375 for 15- 20 min.
