Chipotle Meatloaf Burgers

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, carrot, celery, onion, chiles, cumin, montreal steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Divide into six equal portions and shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Rub the grill rack with a rolled paper towel that has been dipped in oil. Place patties on grill, grill patties over medium-hot coals until cooked through, about 5 minutes each side. After you've flipped the patties once, brush with grilling sauce. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of cheese.
  3. Place patties on bun bottoms and top with 1 slice of tomato, 1 piece of romaine lettuce and one slice of onion then place bun tops on top.
