Tuna-Rice Pie

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt; set aside.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well and set aside.
  3. Combine rice and egg; mix well.
  4. Press firmly on bottom and sides of a buttered 10x6x2-inch baking dish; set aside. Combine soup and Worcestershire sauce in a large sauce pan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in broccoli, mushrooms and tuna.
  6. Pour into rice shell.
  7. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Yield:
